Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We only collect information that you voluntarily give us via email, integrations, or usage of the app. We will not sell this information to anyone.

We will use your information to provide the Acenna service, as well as respond to you if you contact us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request. Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future communications from us at any time.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data, CRM data, or email data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

We run on servers hosted on Microsoft Azure (trusted by Bank of America, Boeing Siemens) which helps us keep your data secure. Data is not stored locally on our developers’ computers.

Microsoft leads the industry in establishing clear security and privacy requirements and then consistently meeting these requirements. Azure meets a broad set of international and industry-specific compliance standards, such as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 1 and SOC 2, as well as country-specific standards, including Australia IRAP, UK G-Cloud, and Singapore MTCS. Rigorous third-party audits, such as those done by the British Standards Institute, verify Azure’s adherence to the strict security controls these standards mandate.

Visibility and Data Usage

We don’t access your email or CRM for any reason other than to provide you with recommendations. We don’t look at your account without your permission.

While Acenna can be a great way to collaborate with teams, our default is privacy. We never incorporate internal emails or share recommendations between team members unless you ask us to.
